Flexibility Training

All-levels flexibility training for those interested in challenging themselves and increasing their range of motions safely while building strength and balance. Each week we focus on different joint ranges of motion, both active and passive stretches, building up to increasing stamina in more challenging shapes.
Pilates
No Pre-Reqs, Yoga Mat recommended
45 min · Open Level
Pilates is a low impact, mindful system of exercise. This 45 minute class will guide you through a mat based workout focused on alignment, breath, awareness, and concentration. You'll leave feeling decompressed, energized, and ready to take on your day!
Cross Training - Strength & Flow
No Pre-Reqs, Yoga Mat recommended
45 min · Open Level
Cross-training classes will help you build not just strength but more awareness. A mix of cardiovascular conditioning, body-weight strength work, balanced with breath, stability, and stillness. "Strength" classes with have a longer circuit of bodyweight strength work. "Flow" classes will be focused more on continuous movement to allow for a state of focused flow.
